Slip and Fall Prevention Report Released

(May, 2011) - This month, CNA Insurance released "New Techniques to Control Slips and Falls in Public Places." According to the report, slips and falls in public places are the leading cause of premises liability injuries, which are the legal responsibility of the property owner/manager. The goal of the report is to provide facility owners/managers with preventative measures.

The report says that the best ways to combat slip and fall incidents are to improve floor surfaces through anti slip treatments and to improve floor maintenance plans and procedures. In short, preventing slip and fall incidents requires better floor treatments and better floor cleaners - both of which we at ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning Services are able and willing to provide for businesses in the Denver and Boulder areas!
