Joseph has been the owner of ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning Services for over 5 years and purchased ServiceMaster 24 Hour in 2011. He holds a B.A. in Business, Economics, and Biblical Studies from Wheaton College and an M.B.A. with a focus in Marketing from Westminster College.
Director of Human Resources - Loretta Renteria
We are very fortunate to have Loretta to define and implement policies that help protect and develop our employees so that our entire company can grow and improve. She brings over 20 years of experience in HR management and uses it all to better serve our employees and customers each and every day.
North Operations Manager - Kristin Moll
Kristin is our secret weapon in the North, using her 5+ years of facility management experience to keep our janitorial operations running like a well-oiled machine.
South Operations Manager - John Benavidez
John is no stranger to the janitorial industry and has brought his considerable experience to our company as the South area manager.

Josh is responsible for Water Damage Mitigation and Mold Remediation services, as well as all Residential Cleaning Services including carpet, upholstery, wood floor, area rug, and air duct cleaning.
Fire Restoration Manager - Carmon McCulley
Carmon is the man to see about a fire or odor. He is responsible for our Fire Restoration, Pack Out, and Odor Removal services.
Finance Manager - Barb Robles
Barb has been with ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning Services for over four years. She is responsible for accounting, payroll, and office administration.
